This year The Parachute Regiment Charity and ABF The Soldiers’ Charity have teamed up for PARAS’ 10.

PARAS’ 10 is a multi-terrain event and will take place at Catterick Garrison at 11.00 am on Sunday 9th September 2012 and at Colchester Garrison at 11.00 am on Sunday 21 October 2012. You can enter either for the 10-mile endurance run or the P Company Challenge, which is based on The Parachute Regiment’s ‘P’ Company Selection 10-mile cross-country march, carrying a bergen (rucksack) weighing 35lb (excluding food and water) and wearing long trousers with ‘military style’ boots. The P Company Challenge is open to individuals and teams of four (first three runners to count).

To qualify for entry for PARAS’ 10 on behalf of ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, we ask you to raise a minimum of £200 sponsorship.
