Fearless Andy Leads Charity Skydivers

On 30 July scores of big-hearted adrenaline seekers took the unforgettable leap of a lifetime in aid of ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. Our first ever charity jump day at Netheravon Airfield was an incredible success with sixty fundraisers doing a tandem jump with the renowned Tigers Parachute Display Team from The Princess of Wales’ Royal Regiment.
Joining this crazy group of supporters was the fearless Corporal Andy Reid from 3rd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment. Andy lost both his legs and his right arm in an IED blast while serving in Afghanistan last October.

Buxton Military Tattoo

The Buxton Military Tattoo, part of the Buxton Festival Fringe, was acclaimed as ”... a phenomenon” and ”... a Triumph” and even won the “Best Event” at the Fringe in the Other Events category.
The organisers have already beaten their fundraising target of £10,000 for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity!
