Virtual Frontline Walk

Virtual Frontline Walk

Commemorate the Centenary of the First World War at your own pace.

The virtual Frontline Walk is a personal challenge that can be completed at any location. You can start at your pace anywhere in the world. It is a great way to stay fit and active, while supporting The Soldiers’ Charity.

What is it?

Walk a total of 100km. It is up to you how you would like to complete the walk, but we suggest researching local war memorials and planning a walk which takes in as many as possible, you’ll find out some fascinating details about the people of your hometown and what they did in the war, and you can pay your respects at the same time. The 100km should be completed between 1st and 31st October 2018. You’ll also be able to join the Frontline Walk online community where you’ll find many like-minded people who will support and encourage you, as well as help you research your hometown or any family who fought in WWI.

When you sign up you will create a personal fundraising page. This is where you can share day to day updates, add pictures, stories and share it on social media too.

Rank up

Once you complete your walk, your fundraising results will automatically be uploaded to our Fundraising Army ranks league so you can compete with other supporters.
